Nothing but their EQ level is higher than the highly intelligent people.

What is emotional intelligence or in short EIQ or EQ (Emotional Intelligent Quotient)? What is the difference between IQ and EQ? IQ is related to your brain intelligence, People are hereditarily born with certain level of intelligence , but through education, continuous practice and experience, you can sharpen your intelligence.

EQ is all about being able to identify all your emotions and being able to handle it properly. EQ is a skill that has to be acquired , cultivated by practice on yourself and interactions with others. Knowing how you and others feel about your emotions and handle according to the situations. In order to keep a higher standard of EQ , you have to achieve some skills , Psychologists call it as SOFT skills.

Normally IQ contributes only 20 percent of overall success , but rest 80% of a human being’s success  determines his/her EQ
